Pipeline Overview
BrainCells is focused on the development of our mGluR2/3 antagonism program for treatment resistant depression (TRD), major depressive disorder (MDD) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The company has completed a Phase 1 study of BCI-838 and plans to initiate a Proof of Concept study in patients with TRD in the 4th quarter of 2012.
