BCI is continuing to pursue compound in-license opportunities to identify and develop compounds with neurogenic profiles optimal for the treatment of certain CNS disorders. Such compounds may include the following:

  • Alternative Indications: Development-stage compounds that have failed in their initial indication but met safety endpoints in clinical trials.
  • Expanded Indications: Compounds which can be re-positioned in a new indication using BCI’s proprietary platform.
  • Extended Market Exclusivity: Compounds whose market exclusivity can be extended by filing new method-of-use patents based on evaluation in BCI’s neurogenesis platform.
  • Additional Territories: Compounds under development in a CNS indication outside the US for which a US development & marketing partner is sought.
