BCI is seeking a limited number of collaborations with pharmaceutical companies to apply its platform to earlier stages of drug discovery and development, including target validation, candidate screening and optimization. BCI is seeking collaborations in the following areas:

Team Collaborate
  • Discovery/Early Development: Combining a pharmaceutical company's resources and expertise with BCI's proprietary technology, know-how and CNS knowledge to identify new targets and compounds for the treatment of CNS disorders.
  • Augmentation: Using BCI's proprietary technology to improve the clinical efficacy or reduce side effects of a pharmaceutical company's compound by shifting its neurogenic profile or identifying alternative indications. Such collaborations may include combinations of approved drugs having synergistic neurogenic profiles.
  • Library Profiling: Screening a pharmaceutical company's qualified compound library comprising discovery through clinical stage compounds to identify those compounds with optimal neurogenic profiles.
