R&D Collaborations
BrainCells can put our proprietary neurogenesis platform to work for our partners assessing compounds at all stages of development to determine their neurogenic activity. Results allow the partner to prioritize leads based on quantitative data, increasing the probability of clinical success as well as diversifying the therapeutic utility of their products.
Life-Cycle Management Partnerships
The BrainCells platform can be used to identify novel combinations of molecules which exhibit an enhanced neurogenic profile. Use of our technology can provide a unique opportunity to identify additional therapeutic uses as well as generate additional patent-protection to extend the life-cycle of marketed therapeutics. BrainCells has filed over 25 patent applications on single entities and drug combinations.
Reprofiling Partnerships
BrainCells seeks partners who have discontinued development-stage assets, or assets where clinical development has stalled. These assets can be analyzed and repositioned into an appropriate CNS indication using BrainCells’ predictive technology.
In-Licensing
BrainCells seeks to identify compounds with established safety profiles that meet a specified neurogenic profile to add to its own development portfolio.
